Xiaomi Launches SU7 with Advanced End-to-End Driver Assistance

Xiaomi's latest electric vehicle, the SU7, is set to arrive in July with its advanced end-to-end driver assistance system.

The SU7 will be available on July 31st with a price range of ¥2,159,000 - ¥2,999,900, and it requires the installation of Xiaomi HAD's End-to-End Driver Assistance System.

With this system, users can enjoy enhanced driving experiences, including improved navigation, traffic smoothing, and safer driving. The system includes advanced hardware such as 1x NVIDIA Thor chip with 700TOPS processing power, laser radar, 3D millimeter wave lidar, 11 high-definition cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors.

Compared to its predecessor, the new end-to-end driver assistance system offers notable improvements in terms of user comfort and driving safety. According to Xiaomi officials, the new system boasts a 57% increase in side comfort, a 67% increase in smooth turns, and a 23% increase in road clearance success rates.

The car is available in three variants. With its aerodynamic front design, angular LED headlights and large rear LED taillights, this electric vehicle exudes an essence of movement on the road. The SU7's dimensions measure 4997mm (length), 1963mm (width) and 1440mm (height).

The car is built for comfort with features such as three-tone directionals that are stylishly positioned, making it perfect for daily drives and road trips. It offers an impressive level of interior quality which can satisfy any potential buyer who demands perfection.

The SU7 also boasts several cutting-edge technologies including the latest automotive HUD display system and advanced vehicle design.

At its core is an end-to-end intelligent driving solution. This system combines both vision solutions like car cameras and other sensing capabilities (激光雷达、摄像头) with pure computer view-based methods to enable seamless real-time processing of images from many sensors, further enhancing stability.

Xiaomi also offers advanced hardware such as 700TOPS NVIDIA Thor chip and the latest version's enhanced power processing capabilities.

In terms of performance, SU7 offers improved acceleration times. For the dual electric motor vehicle model with 673 horsepower available, this car has a lower-than-expected start time to get from 0 to 100km/h, accelerating from zero speed to 210km per hour with the latest hardware, thanks in part to efficient cooling processes for its battery unit.
