New Energy Sales at Maxus Hit Record Highs in April
Maxus, the official affiliate of SAIC Motor, has announced that its new energy sales have reached a record-breaking high in April, with a cumulative delivery of over 7,000 units, a year-on-year growth rate of 66% and a quarterly increase of 71%.
During the Shanghai Auto Show, Maxus unveiled several limited-edition models, including the Dan Nao V1, New Route, and G50, which were priced at 8.88 yuan, 8.68 yuan, and 6.98 yuan, respectively. The company also introduced the Da Nao V1 Customized Version and the New Route Long-Range model.
During the launch event, Maxus announced its partnership with Huawei, becoming the first brand to partner with the technology giant for light-duty commercial vehicles.
In terms of design, the Da Nao V1 Customized Version is based on the standard Dan Nao V1 model and features a unique "round-and-rectangular fusion" aesthetic. The vehicle's front grille combines a closed frame with LED headlights, while the bottom section features an elliptical grid pattern. The "MAXUS" letter mark is displayed prominently at the helm.
Inside, all windows are spacious and provide excellent visibility. Additionally to front windscreen and other windows are spacious ,the overall appearance of car looks dynamic simplicity ,in particular car's design has a transparent front grille that provides easy breathing.
Powering the Da Nao V1 Customized Version is an electric motor producing single unit, delivering peak power of 120kW and maximum torque of 240 Nm. Equipped with a 64 kWh battery pack and the CLTC calibration technology for long-distance driving. The vehicle can travel an impressive 405km without recharging. It also supports rapid charging at speeds up to 6.6kw.
