New Cars Steal the Show in May, Exclusive Previews Galore

As we enter the mid-May period, this month's content revs up with an exciting collection of new cars hitting the market. The lineup is packed with several highly anticipated models, including several prominent names such as Weiqi Es6/EC6, Zhixi L6, and High Mountain series 7/8/9.

New Weiqi Weiqi Es6/EC6: Full Review and Specs Inside

The eagerly-awaited new Weyyue WY6/EC6 models have officially opened registrations for limited time bookings. Bookings must be made before June 30th to secure a five-year free battery replacement benefit. Upon final delivery, customers will receive up to 240 pieces of free battery charging coupons.

Design-wise, the car boasts newly improved front lamp setups, providing increased coverage in both near and far-end illumination systems with larger overall lighting areas. The new Es6 model retains a closed-facefront design, combined with an adaptive grille that includes large vents for heat dissipation opening up to provide a more premium feel.

In terms of interior, the WY6 has upgraded full-size steering wheel and digital dashboard displays.

Both vehicles promise continued engines for this version. With battery capacities ranging from 75kWh through 150kWh for CLTC mode charging ranges measuring 500km (CLTC), 625km, or as high as 930km.

2026 Rongge C10 Update: Electric Performance Enhancements

On the other hand, Rongge C10 is set to unveil new electric capabilities with a revamped battery capacity - up to 605km in CLTC mode. The latest car will launch with new charging modes that will see faster full-to-empty charging in a mere minutes; upgrades are also expected on its performance figures for pure electric and upgraded non-electric variants.

The Rongge C10, like it is before, comes equipped with advanced safety features such as automatic emergency braking system, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure detection, cruise control function and more.
