Innovative Zero-Rapido Unveils New SUV Model on June 6th, Upgrade to C16 Version

At a recent press conference, Zero-Rapido Technology announced that it would release a new model of Zero-Rapido vehicle. The official date is June 6.

The new model will have two options: either a full new car model or an upgrade version of the current model ZC16, confirmed by Zero-Rapido's Senior Deputy General Manager Cao Lei. Currently, there are eight different configurations available for the mid-to-large SUV model ZC16, priced within a range of 15.58-18.98 thousand yuan.

According to the official poster, the main highlights and features will be centered around the interior components.

A glance at the technical data reveals that this time, the new car model has an upgraded design which in itself suggests it is more likely to be the C16 version of the ZC16 model, characterized by sleek cabin decor. Features such as 14.6-inch dual-screen middle display +10.25 inches LCD gauges combo inside will be equipped; middle screen integrated with the latest 8295 chip offers a natural voice assistant and 360° full scene image capabilities.

Additionally, new car arrangements will also include a 15.6-inch back seat entertainment screen, 21-speaker sound system without any wireless charging function to support fast charging of batteries. Regarding colors, Zero-Rapido offers three shades: the Mint Green, Aurora Orange, and Starry Purple Color scheme options.

Looking back on the ZC16 model, it shares the same classic style with its family members but takes on more dramatic proportions as a result. Its profile shows itself clearly like an S-MPV; although with considerable length and heavy use of longitudinal lines, that makes it difficult to identify whether it was supposed to be a car or not.

When compared to other new EV's the exhaust pipe layout on its rear features in-line connection design. The newly released model comes with six colors - silver, purple, white or gray which allows you to see some kind changes on it, for example, color silver looks much similar to grey however after touching it, silver turns out darker than grey.

Driving experience-wise, the new Zero-Rapido SUV car will come equipped with OrinX processor + Laser Radar. It can potentially achieve the level of L3 navigation assistance and features like ALC auto lane change assistance, TJA traffic congestion assistance, ATC adaptive curved road driving and NAC and other features too as well.

Based on the power version Zero-Rapido uses 95 horsepower 1.5L four-cylinder turbocharged engine; electric motor with an output of 170kW, battery capacity up to 800V, which is good for an additional charge of 30% in just 15 minutes and achieve a total driving range of 1095km in the conventional version that achieves rapid charging capability fast.
