Citroen Mairon e60 Pure Electric Vehicle Makes Debut in New Industrial Standards

A new piece of information has emerged from the latest edition of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's directory, revealing details about the upcoming Citroen Mairon E-60 pure electric vehicle. The vehicle is expected to go on sale by the end of August.

Based on the long-wheeled platform of Changan EPA, the Citroen Mairon e60 Pure Electric Vehicle offers both all-electric and hybrid drive options for consumers.

The exterior design of the vehicle is inspired by the concept car ARATA, featuring a new hidden grille with mesh-like patterns throughout the front part of the body with split headlamps and led daylights spanning the entire front section. The overall layout gives the impression that it was specifically designed to show the shape of the hidden-grille structure in the front.

Furthermore, the dimensions of the vehicle measure out as 4850mm x 1935mm x 1620mm, with a wheelbase of 2902mm.

Configuration options include an advanced driver assistance system including radar equipment, wheels at the front and rear axes, rearview mirror, camera in front, frontal transparent glass, monochromatic color schemes for each part of the vehicle. The Mairon e60 is equipped with single electric motor driving power system, delivering up to 190kW peak power, combined with a battery cell group manufactured by Changan’s partner "Middle Innovate".
