Deep Blue S09: A New Generation of SUVs from Deep Blue

A series of spy photos of the Deep Blue flag's new mid-size and large-capacity augmented SUV, the S09, has been leaked to us. The vehicle is expected to be equipped with Huawei Kundunji Driving Assistance System 3.0 High-end Intelligence Assistant System.

The interior of the car features a brand-new design language, with a three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel accompanying an almost-round-shaped air conditioner outflow. The seating arrangement consists of 2+2+2 seats, providing ample space for passengers in the third row. Further details about the middle-screen and rear-row whether they have onboard entertainment screens are still unknown from this leaked photo.

From a side view, the new-generation SUV adopts a more practical but larger size design than before. The front lights feature a ring-shaped star-light layout that provides sufficient headroom for drivers; meanwhile it also gives an impression of full-scale appearance. The width and length are in line with expectations at 5205mm x1996mm respectively, but height surpasses idealL9 only very slightly.

Driven by the Deep Blue Superventure technology, the car will feature a new Lengqian HE1.5T high-pressure turbocharged petrol engine with a maximum power output of 110 kW. This is combined with the dual-electric four-wheel-drive system and its energy contribution reaches 362kW, with a total electric range of 170km to 180km and possibly featuring the Kundunji Driving Assistance System 3.0 from the L9 Huawei sibling model.
