GAC Marks M9 Makes Global Debut in Milan, Italy
On May 22nd, 2025, the GAC Marks M9, a flagship SUV from Guanzi Automobile's Silver Grain brand, made its global debut in Milan, Italy.
Positioned as a six-seater, top-of-the-line SUV, the newly launched vehicle comes with extensive advanced driving assistance features.
The exterior design continues to adhere to the family's aesthetic language of mottled beauty. The classic SUV body shape can be seen from the structure, featuring significant space manifestation and utilizing horizontal lines extensively to convey a sense of substantial mass.
Front and rear sections feature a closed grille mesh. Vertical air intakes were added on either side of the front bumper, decreasing wind resistance. Mainly used for heat dissipation under normal speed conditions and effectively reducing aerodynamic resistance at high speeds. The forward-facing laser ray detector is an essential sensor component of the advanced driving assistant system. It's worth noting that this SUV has reverted to a traditional gear handle.
The interior design places less emphasis on the instrument panel area, replacing HUD with a large LCD windshield screen in the driver's seat and companion screen in front of the passenger seat. Interior accommodations offer ample space for six passengers. The most impressive feature in the second row is its advanced seat.
Advanced driving features come with an extensive suite of supporting technologies from the Chinese firm. The interior has various modes, including completely flat platforms on lower seating rows, a hood-like design featuring LED lighting strips behind those seats when opened at speed, adjustable rear window for ventilation and ample passenger space.
Powerful propulsion capabilities are to be featured in the GAC Marks M9 with its cutting-edge design. Combining traditional electric motors with advanced electronic vehicles systems, high-performing turbo charged systems including high-performance cooling modules and smart power recovery, ensuring an ideal balance between sustainability and performance.
This latest model promises up to 1500km long range, can travel from 0-100 km/h in under 4.5 seconds.
