Deep Blue S09 SUV Breaks Ground in Chinese Market
Shanghai, May 1 - Deep Blue, a renowned automotive brand, has announced impressive sales figures for its latest SUV model, the Deep Blue S09. The company delivered a total of 13,800 units in April, representing a staggering 58% year-on-year growth.
The news comes amid excitement over the scheduled launch of the Deep Blue S09 preview event on May 22nd, where the popular large SUV is expected to make its formal debut. According to official announcements, the Deep Blue S09 has already been priced at an impressive range of CNY 29999-30999 (approximately USD 4234-4331), along with a detailed list of features and functionalities.
As part of the pre-launch preparations, Deep Blue has expressed its commitment to supporting customers in this regard. The brand claims that if any changes occur in pricing or specifications at the time of delivery, it will implement a "multiple refunds for fewer than promised values" policy.
In terms of exterior design, the Deep Blue S09 boasts an all-new "coexistatic aesthetic" with a modern front grille and a continuous LED ring surrounding the headlights. The rear section preserves the minimalist aesthetic while incorporating deep-seated LED taillights. In comparison to its ideal counterpart, L9, the new model exhibits identical dimensions in terms of length, width, and height.
Inside, Deep Blue S09 features a double 15.6-inch screen plus AR-Display for elevated driver viewing experience paired with the HarmonySpace 5 pigeon seat section providing an immersive ambiance environment, including cinemas, music rooms, KTV halls, etc. Furthermore, the passenger seat on the front row comes equipped with eight degrees of massaging/ventilation/warm air functionality.
Moreover, the Deep Blue S09 will come equipped with the high-end Huawei advanced driver assistance system (HADAS) that supports park-and park-to-park driving, automatically emergency braked at speeds up to 150km and also features laser-level radar as well as multiple sonar sensors. Next year during the half-year end, the vehicle would receive its own upgrade of HUAWEI ADS system.
Regarding power, Deep Blue’s latest model comprises an all-new supercharged drive system called advanced “blue shark HE1.5 high-pressure turbo-supercharger” accompanied with dual-motor-four-wheel drive and achieves a top power level at 362 kW per vehicle. Additionally, the S09 is set to arrive along a lower-priced rear-wheel-drive variant that accommodates more accessible performance standards.
As part of its enhanced driving capabilities, Deep Blue has also announced the presence of advanced aerodynamics system features on this all-new model – specifically with multiple adjustable air suspension levels for optimized performance under varying conditions.
