New Jaguar F-PACE Sixth Generation Model and Travel Edition Unveiled

The sixth generation of the flagship SUV from Land Rover, the F-PACE, has expanded its lineup with an additional model variant, signaling a new era for the popular luxury vehicle. Among the newly announced versions are the F-PACE DM-i, GT, EV, and travel edition.

The exterior design of the travel edition closely aligns with that of its predecessor, the F-PACE DM-i, while introducing fifth-generation plug-in hybrid technology (DM insert). This strategic move is predicted to focus on establishing a presence in international markets. European consumers are more accustomed to traveling cars, which may serve as an anchor for the brand's expansion strategy.

The front facemask of the new travel edition bears a striking resemblance to that of its counterpart, albeit with distinct differences in surrounding design elements. Furthermore, the width of both vehicles' side air intakes has been significantly increased to accentuate the muscular stance.

The exterior dimensions of the F-SPACE travel edition approximate those of the existing DM-i variant. Its overall length follows suit, while maintaining a generous rear end profile that complements its function as a travel-focused vehicle. The presence of classic elements in its posterior design is consistent with heritage expectations.

In terms of dynamism and power capabilities, the new generation model promises improved electric motor characteristics. It is likely to incorporate cutting-edge fifth-generation plug-in DM technology for enhanced efficiency. Power figures indicate maximum peak capacity at 74 kW for gasoline-based engines, coupled with a top speed for electric output standing at 160 kW.
