Mazda to Launch All-New Mazda EZ-60 SUV in China by End of August

Mazda Automobiles plans to unveil its latest electric and hybrid vehicle, the Mazda EZ-60, at the Shanghai Auto Show. The all-new mid-size SUV is expected to hit the market in China by the end of August.

Based on the Changan Automotive EPA platform, the Mazda EZ-60 is a second-generation new energy vehicle from the Japanese automaker, following its previous electric model, the EZ-6. According to insiders from the event, this new SUV will offer both an all-electric and plug-in hybrid powertrain option.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of the EZ-60 maintains Mazda's signature style while introducing a number of cutting-edge features. The LED lighting system is a standout feature, offering both daytime running lights and dynamic headlamps that evoke the shape of the vehicle's wheel arches.

In an effort to appeal to local consumers, the Mazda brand has opted for a distinctive interior design with larger infotainment screens, emphasizing quality materials and creating a welcoming atmosphere inside. Among these additional features is a special queen-size seat for front passengers.

The rearview mirror and bumper also carry dynamic designs that accentuate the movement of the vehicle, contributing to its powerful and sporty vibe.
