Techart D9 Owners Can Expect Enhanced Features with OTA Upgrade
China-based automaker Techart has announced that its four-seat model, the D9, will be receiving an Over-the-Air (OTA) upgrade. The upgrade will introduce new security features, enhanced voice assistant capabilities, and improved overall user experience.
The D9 is set to receive a raft of new technologies, including Sentinel Mode, 360-degree vision, and Smart Voice Smart Assistant. Additional updates include:
- Improved user interface with the introduction of the custom voice "Ni hao Xiao Di" or 'Hello Mr./Ms./Mrs. Big Di'
- Enhanced regional voice assistance in four major dialects (Cantonese, Sichuan, Mandarin with Standard Pinyin and a more straightforward reading script for better accessibility.
- A more concise reading mode
- Cloud Functions through the cloud-app that allows users to set up, make changes to, etc. through Cloud Agin
- A music control feature via an accompanying hand-held device
- Bluetooth smart Key
- Enhanced remote driving capabilities
The update will include multiple improvements to the overall sound system performance as well as additional strategic shut-off procedures for passenger screens and infotainment systems
