GAC announces new color options for 2026 GACICON

GAC has unveiled four new shade options for the upcoming 2026 GACICON model, including Cream Beige, Sea Salt Blue, Strawberry Pink, and Saffron White. The car is already up for pre-sale, with prices ranging from ¥908,000 to ¥968,000, before its official launch on July 11th.

Exterior-wise, the new GACICON retains most of the design elements from the current model, but with subtle tweaks in attention-grabbing detail. Key updates include repositioned door handles – no longer hiding them – and a full black trim exterior that replaces chrome accents altogether. The vehicle's dimensions remain unchanged: 4350x1815x1620mm, with a wheelbase of 2,640mm.

Inside, there is significant upgrading from the outgoing model. Gone are the dual screen setup in favor of an 8.8-inch LCD gauge cluster paired with a floating central media display at 14.6 inches, accompanied by Flyme Auto and upgraded for more vehicle integration capabilities via HUAWEI HiCar & Carlink app links as well! Smart Voice Assist comes unlocked for unlocking other features such as seat heaters.

GAC ICON Motorized

The GAC ICON rides on what looks like a robust foundation – with 1.5 L inline-four-cylinder motor coupled inside a seven-speed automatic transmission unit, while the overall performance peaks at up-to 181 horsepower, complemented by front MacPherson struts suspension. Tires have made its appearance too with a generous size of 18-inch rims.
