New Images of Xiaomi YU7 Expose Its Interior, Highlighted as a Luxury SUV
A fresh set of images of the upcoming Xiaomi YU7 has surfaced online, giving us an early look into this high-end luxury SUV's design and features.
The interior shots, however, differ from previous leaked images that showcased carbon fiber and leather-wrapped steering wheels. Instead, this time around, the directionals are made of plain material with a dual-tone color scheme.
Sources close to the company reveal that the YU7's price is expected to fall in the range of 30-40 million yuan, and it is scheduled to hit market shelves between June and July 2025.
Upon first glance, the infotainment system screen remains unchanged from before, with two wireless charging slots and a massive storage compartment. The interior adopts a harmonious dual-color scheme, but its door handles still feature electronic button opening mechanisms.
As mentioned earlier on other leaked images, this luxury SUV's rear seat arrangement does not meet expectations of being spacious, given it is set in the cross-border SUV segment.
For what is perceived to be a high-end product, the design seems too conservative and lacks innovative features. The front façade remains similar to its sibling model YU7, with sleek flow lines and an aerodynamic wind tunnel that allows smooth airflow around the vehicle.
Upon examination, a fresh set of images showed up for this luxury SUV, bringing along updated lighting units, in addition to new larger wind-sculpted wheels.
