The new Polestar G7, a middle-sized electric SUV, marked its debut in China on July 3, with presales reaching 10,000 units within the first nine minutes. The launch is a significant milestone for polestar, marking the brand's first official entry into mainland China's automotive market.
Priced between 19.58-22.58 yuan (approximately $2,900-$3,300 USD), the G7 boasts impressive specifications, including a range of 702 kilometers (435 miles) under CLTC testing and a top speed of 218 kW.
Design-wise, the G7 adheres to polestar's family face design language, featuring a dual-lens front grille and three-segment daytime running lights. The interior features premium soft-touch materials and a high-tech dashboard design.
The vehicle is equipped with an AI-equipped chassis system, complete with intelligent adaptive shock absorbers.
