A new luxury car brand, SAIC HONDA, was launched on April 16th, marking a significant milestone in the automotive industry. The brand is the result of a strategic partnership between SAIC Motor and Huawei, with plans to unfold over the coming months.
The initial investment into this venture is substantial, amounting to billions under RMB, while SAIC HONDA dedicated an entire factory for production has created nearly 5,000-strong exclusive working force.
SAIC HONDA defines its brand idea with the phrase “style for eternity, technology for eternity, trust for eternity and for everyone.” Its designs lean towards a family-oriented vision for simplicity and minimalism, where their focus lies in emphasizing high quality, reliability and comfort, all underpinned by Huawei's cutting-edge smart driving concepts.
