Geely's Upcoming T13/T Emerge, May be a New Generation of Moke E5
A series of spy shots recently obtained by our publication has confirmed the upcoming Geely T13/T as a potential new generation of Moke E5. Based on these images, the car is expected to be in the form of a compact SUV, powered only by electrication.
The newly spotted vehicle largely retains the exterior design of its outgoing Moke E5 variant which was showcased at the 2023 Geneva Motor Show and went into global sale shortly after. The front end bears an almost identical resemblance with the original model featuring closed-in mesh grilles while maintaining a rounded lower bumper that complements itself elegantly.
Further examining the side, this upcoming model retains traditional outside pull-out door handles that paired well with low drag round windbreak circles aiding to both reduces windblock and improve its range. It is largely similar from newer E variant but retaining it Y-shaped through design in tail lights where a distinctive feature of older E Model can also be spotted again.
Moving on towards interior segments which largely followed from Moke E variant with two twelve point three inch large touchscreen that upgraded technical sense adding touch simplicity to central console, although an added six silver color buttons were made available at door trim. Overall overall it offers the simple but elegant aesthetic.
Concerning powertrain it was expected, based upon outgoing model, single electric motor would be present powering vehicle while being accompanied by 150 kW of maximum output capacity and delivering 350 N.m peak twisting force. Range estimated within 550 Kilometres could achieve zero to hundred kilometers speed in five seconds time which is pretty impressive.
At this stage not much known about T13/T as of yet; rest assured it is certainly our focus area for updates.
