At the upcoming Munich Auto Show in September, Volkswagen plans to unveil its first ID series electric vehicle, the ID 2X, which is a cross-over version of the ID 2.
Inside sources revealed that Volkswagen will introduce an entry-level MEB platform electric vehicle named ID 2 by the end of 2026 and aims to launch its next-generation 800 V SSP platform in 2028.
