New Cars Arrive in China for June 30-July 6

Next week, Chinese car enthusiasts can look forward to five brand-new models hitting the market. The vehicles in question will include two members from Dongfeng Nissan's lineup: the Dongfeng Nissan Chana Glory, an updated MG Cyberster and MG5.

Among these newcomers, Dongfeng Nissan is particularly excited about its new entrant into the China market - the G7. Scheduled to début formally next week, the car will be available in Max and Ultra versions from 23,580 yuan in advance bookings. Measuring 4892x1925x1658mm, this all-new model adheres to the "second-generation X FACE" design philosophy which has already been shown off on previous models. Interior and exterior hues will feature six choices such as night black, cloud milk green and a celestial silver.

The interior of the G7 will accommodate 15.6-inch screens for passengers in both front and rear seats, paired with media streaming technology behind the seat back windows, adding an extra layer of comfort for passengers who wish to watch movies during travel time. The car is also set equipped with three home-developed AI chips from Purenell in order to enhance its advanced driver assistance system. To do this, cameras totaling eleven will be embedded on its body along with the use of millimeter wave radar sensors and a completely sensor-driven approach, all of which come together within an all-new automotive system.

The G7 is scheduled to utilize two motors equipped with lithium battery for each unit. This advanced combination will offer up to 702km fully electric range and be available in every version sold.

New models from MG also await the market next week - with several exciting additions in store. The most apparent visual change includes changes like orange, with Andes gray added to various configurations, along with the double-colored trim in a yellow and black color scheme. Its exterior configuration has gained two shades by upgrading lighting fixtures to 256 colors and adding 8 speakers for superior audio quality.

Last but not least, new models from Cyberster have also caught some attention this week - boasting improvements in its front end. These consist of the introduction of two additional hues: Yellow Sky. In addition to that upgrade, several new components will add value and practicality such as widened trunk space and improved air purifier for more breathable cabin environments. Performance-wise, several key changes are set across several different aspects - these will all contribute to a significant performance boost for Cyberster's latest entry.
