All-New Weihai Zeke N8 Unveiled: A New Design Language for the Chinese Market

Weihai, China has unveiled its latest flagship model, the all-new Zeke N8. The car takes on a different identity than its predecessor, the Zeke N8, with new design language and technology that is expected to be shared with its sister model, the Zeke N9.

The design of the Weihai Zeke N8 features bold front-to-back resemblance to its sibling model, the Zeke N9. The front face retains a family-like aerodynamic elements, while large round headlights are mounted on the sides for improved visibility under low light conditions. To top off this is an advanced high-intensity LED fog lighting system.

The rear of the Weihai Zeke N8 follows in the footsteps of its big brother and looks like it will feature high-strength slim dual-lamp design. In addition to a sleeker look, we have additional information on the Weihai Zeke's aerodynamics that include aerodynamic roof lights on top. Furthermore, the overall design features an illuminated badge embedded into the rearview mirror frame for easier visibility at night.

Under the hood of this latest all-new car is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine which develops 160 horsepower and has advanced capabilities such as two electric motors and a total output of 680 horsepower. The Weihai Zeke's range boasts impressive figures, providing its car body with enough energy for CLTC to deliver 202 kilometers on a single charge, followed by a maximum combined power consumption rating of about 1302 km under the NEDC rules from a relatively low fuel-injected power rating of 6.3 L per every hundred kilometers.
