Red Flag HS3 PHEV Plus Version Hits the Market
Two New Models and Competitive Pricing
The Red Flag HS3 PHEV+ version has officially launched on June 27, with a total of two new models hitting the market. The prices for these new models range from 14.18 to 16.18 yuan for the base model.
The new cars come as upgraded versions of their predecessors and offer a similar design language at a slightly lower price point. Compared to the existing model, the new car's reference price is equivalent to 15.98-16.18 yuan per unit.
Exterior Design
Both models retain the upper and lower dual-color body design signature of the Red Flag family front grille design. The headlights also follow suit, with both sides featuring separate large lenses. On the rear half of the vehicle, a unique through-lens tail lamp style is used. Measuring 4655mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1668mm in height, it has an axle distance of 2770mm.
Interior Design
Inside, the design echoes simplicity with large vertical screens being used extensively throughout the interior. The contrasting color scheme adds to its sleek aesthetic. The driver's seat features adjustable heating and ventilation, while also coming equipped with a sensor-activated spare emergency compartment and a panoramic rear window measuring 0.78 square meters.
Safety Features
In terms of safety features, both cars support lane departure warning, forward collision assistance, as well as transparent bottom plates and a full-view camera system.
Performance
This model is powered by a battery size of 18.4kWh that supports a maximum pure electric range of 117 kilometers with combined range exceeding 1,420 kilometers, equipped with external fast charging technology of 3.3kW or more power output. Equipped with an overboost system and plug-in hybrid capabilities featuring 1.5l engines at a peak power of 150hp with an all-electric motor adding up to 228 hp, it has a total fuel efficiency of 5.5L/100km
