Volkswagen ID.3 GTX Suite Variant Unveiled in China with Two Trims and Competitive Pricing

BEIJING, CHINA – June 14, 2023 – Just hours ago, the latest variant of Volkswagen Group's electric vehicle, the ID.3 GTX Suite, was officially announced, marking a significant step forward for the brand. This new variant is available in two trim levels at an introductory price of CNY 13.7388 yuan (USD 2,100) and CNY 14.4888 yuan (USD 2,260), respectively.
Compared to its standard counterpart, the ID.3 GTX Suite boasts exclusive red-colored exterior paint, GT-red sport package, IQ.Light matrix headlamps, and all-new forged alloy wheels.
Exterior-wise, the new ID.3 GTX Suite is distinguished by hexagonal-style front and rear bumpers. The car features high-contrast black accents throughout the body and includes distinctive geometric patterns on the back bumper and GTX badge.
Headlamps are integrated with lenses positioned on either side of the hood to create a sleek look when approaching from certain angles, while wheels feature a futuristic design aesthetic.

Mechanically, Volkswagen ID.3 GTX retains its 125kW (170-HP) rear electric motor, producing peak torque of 310 N·m. Its energy storage system includes a capacity of 53.6kWh.
