Electric Vehicle Maker LeEco Unveils All-New P7 Model

A recent visit to the official website of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has provided insight into the upcoming all-new LeEco P7 model car. This new generation of SUV boasts a futuristic design language with strong sci-fi undertones and aggressive styling cues, including oversized electric front air curtains.

Design and Features

The new LEAP 07, as it has been dubbed, sports a unique H-shaped LED light bar that runs along the length of the vehicle, complemented by embedded hideaway headlights and advanced taillights. Double LED strips are strategically placed across width for enhanced recognition.

In addition to aerodynamic styling elements, the P7 features an adaptive suspension system with multi-body design at the front bumper, creating an aggressive stance. Side sills offer a wide visual effect while multiple-sized wheel options will be available.

Furthermore, this new generation of SUV features sleek and aerodynamic body panels that provide better stability during high-speed travel.

LeEco's P7 model is anticipated for its release in the country's third quarter of 2024. The car’s key features include electrically operable doors on both fronts, dual tail lights with H-shape design, multi-wheel size selection options and also an aggressive appearance with air-flattening flaps.

Dimensions and Weight

The dimensions of the P7 model measure 5017 x 1970 x 1428 mm in length, width, and height respectively. Moreover, its wheelbase is measured as 3008mm.

Engine Configurations

As for engine, LeEco's newest P7 features a motor power measuring 367 horsepower/270kW at the rear, paired with Lithium-phosphate batteries or other battery solutions. Furthermore, four-wheel propulsion options are also available, incorporating a max power of 595 hp.
