Geely Ge Lyton Celebrates Formula E's 10th Anniversary with "CHAMPION EDITION"
A new electric vehicle variant is set to be unveiled by Chinese automaker Geely on July 4, as part of its celebration for Formula E's tenth anniversary. The limited-edition model marks ten years since the brand won its first-ever Formula E drivers' championship title in 2015.
The "CHAMPION EDITION" model will feature distinct exterior and interior upgrades inspired by Geely Lyton's racing heritage. This includes the addition of a new matte-finish silver color, with an option to add blackout paint to enhance performance. Additionally, new bespoke-designed wheels, improved contrast trim accents, and new carbon fiber decorative elements may be present.
Upon closer inspection, it'll become apparent that "CHAMPION EDITION" branding will be integral to the design of these electric vehicles. Interior finishes will likely follow a distinctive palette - gray hues dominating, enhancing the exclusive nature.
For some excitement amongst fans, the Ge Lyton Limited Edition comes with updated driver profile features. Expect more than just cosmetic advancements as these driving parameters undergo enhancements that include faster responses and higher speed stability.
When released on July 4th for its unveiling; note: it may cost around $29.8 million for models utilizing battery rental options while being sold at $28.8 billion in some other markets due to low energy costs during a certain time period of operation, with another variant available for $35k upon those same operating conditions.
The Ge Lyton Limited Edition comes as news that Geely wants to celebrate more than just victory for an era past.
