Apev U7 Electric Vehicle Expected to Hit Markets by March

Apev, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, is reportedly set to launch its new U7 model in March. The Apev U7 is positioned as a large luxury sedan, offering both full-electric and plug-in hybrid options.

In terms of design, the U7 retains similarities with its predecessor, the Apev U9, with an over-the-top C-shaped front grille and LED lamp assembly. The vehicle features a prominent chin lift and an angular rear end, complete with a sleek laser guidance system on top.

The exterior dimensions are reported to be 5265mm in length, 1998mm in width, 1517mm in height, and a wheelbase of 3160mm.

Upon entering the cabin, passengers will find characteristic 'Apev design' as well as cutting-edge electronic gadgets with a spacious dashboard. The Apev U7 comes equipped with dual-tone color scheme, high-quality accessories such as copper trim on select points, and LED screens integrated into instrument cluster components. Seats at rear are also arranged as independent chairs in addition to the middle center console, allowing improved back-seat functionality.

Electricity-wise, two options are available for the vehicle. Firstly, there is an all-electric variant featuring four electric motors that produce 1300 horsepower, reaching a top speed of 270/km. Its battery features a high-performance cutting-edge slice called the CLTC which holds for up to 720 kilometers on long-distance highways.

In terms of hybrid model, it’s featured with 2.00 T engine combined electric motor. And in addition, its all-electric capabilities are further enhanced as 180 kilometer range.
