Electric Dreams: New LS6 EV Option Arrives with Turbo Boost on the Horizon

New Lada LS6 Model Launched: An Upgrade in Design and Offerings

Beijing, May 23 - The latest directory update from China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) reveals the Lada LS6, a mid-size SUV from intelligence brand Lada, has made significant improvements in its design and will be available for users to choose from.

The new model is an upgraded version of the existing vehicle, with noticeable enhancements in its exterior design language. The T-shaped front lights have been paired with a closed-engine hood, granting it a visually appealing effect. Additionally, the large dimension grille has increased the dynamic feel of the vehicle. In terms of aerodynamics, the rear section features an upward "tail wing" characteristic commonly found on high-performance vehicles. Furthermore, the larger-sized tail lamps provide more attention and the refined lines upon illumination create a noticeable performance-oriented silhouette.

In size terms, only the new versions come with minor adjustments in length width height (4937/1988/1673mm) and wheelbase at 2960 mm compared to the existing models (4951/1992/1686 mm). As for electric model, these two parameters remain the same. In powertrain specifications, both versions will have engines that form part of new powertrain improvements. Power generation capacities are respectively 114 kW for the modified version, and from Union Cars Electronics' "TZ210XS1141" type electric motor with a max performance capacity of 245 kW.
