Firefly Introduces BaaS Battery Rental and Purchase Scheme

On June 24, Firefly Lighting announced the official launch of its battery rental and purchase scheme for the BaaS (Battery As A Service) program. The introductory prices for the self-dried version start at 11.98 yuan per thousand, while the illuminating version starts at 12.58 yuan per thousand.

As part of the promotional offer, first-time buyers who sign up for Firefly's battery rental and purchase scheme within June will receive a 4% discount on their vehicle price, as well as 1 year of free BaaS account service fees. Additionally, subsequent quarterly payment installment plans (BaaS accounts) will enjoy a discounted rate, starting from the fourth payment installment.

The firefly lighting model features an aerodynamic design, with three disk-shaped headlamps forming a "three-in-one-light" big lamp. The front facade's circular beam adds distinctive visual appeal. Furthermore, this new car models feature 92L of storage space and advanced water-proof system can greatly increase car trunk capacities.

In terms of dimension, the car length measures 4003 mm, with width 1781 mm, height 1557 mm, and an axle length 2615mm. Power-wise, the driving force is equipped by a rear-mounted electric single-phase motor with a maximum output value of 105kW. The acceleration time can be 8.2 seconds to reach 0-100km per hour. Maximum speed will only be for 150km per hour.

The car is fitted with 42.1KWh electricity collection and equipped to travel about 420 kilometers after charge.
