Dive into the Future: Free+ EDC Reduced Vibration Gear Hits Pre-Sale in June

Leesi FREE+ Enters Production in June

A new variant of the Leesi vehicle, designated as Leesi FREE+, is set to be released. The updated model will maintain its position as a mid-to-large-sized SUV and feature advanced safety features.

According to official information, the Leesi FREE+ will come equipped with a unique EDC (Electronic Dynamic Control) suspension system that enhances stability and handling. The EDC reduction system can automatically adjust itself in response to changing road conditions, providing better vehicle response when driving on different types of roads.

On high-speed highways, the EDC suspension system continuously optimizes four-wheel independent damping output, effectively mitigating vertical pitch and lateral sway effects. When descending a steep hill or navigating sharp corners, the system will increase external damping force before entering a turn to enhance sideways stability.

The interior of the new Leesi model is more futuristic in design compared to its predecessor. The front grille features an LED wall with the brand logo, while the front frame incorporates two side lights and creates a consistent style element. In contrast, the rear bumper features an unornamented appearance. Furthermore, 6 different body colors are available – white rose (杜若), blue misty lake (玄英黑)、starry gray (宸星), golden cloud (云纱金),ruby purple (琉璃紫) and sky green (韶华青). Overall dimensions of the new Leesi model include 4915mm in length, 1960mm in width, and 1660mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2960mm.

The interior is enhanced by a 15.6-inch high resolution screen that supports five screens (dashboard, rear seats, augmented reality dashboard, instrument cluster & air conditioning/Heating control panel), a MagLink extension compartment for compatibility with multiple brand's tablets, an improved "five senses cockpit" for enhanced user interface (H5DA); the passenger seat is equipped with reclining leg-rest and adjustable back angles of 270° +12°; rear seats support advanced heat release functions and advanced ventilation capabilities.

The powertrain will feature a continued combination of a 1.5T increase engine and an electric motor that also retains its four-drive system as well, with different versions now offered with a choice between two-wheel drive (2WD) or four-wheel drive (4WD). Power output is maintained within similar levels to last year’s models – the maximum efficiency has reduced. The battery capacity will rise up to 43,200 Wh Li-ion power batteries.

The new Leesi FREE+ model arrives in response to growing market demand for unique advanced technologies and a strong design language from vehicle owners and designers.
