Xiaomi Pushes Durability Services for Cars

A new promotional offer has been launched by Xiaomi, allowing all car owners to purchase extended warranty products at discounted prices. The special period for this offer is from June 17th to July 17th.

During this time, car owners can buy extended warranty services that last up to 8 years or cover 160,000 kilometers. Additional benefits include the transfer of the warranty to another vehicle and flexible payment plans with three different periods: half a year, one year, or three years. What's more, users have a 30-day "happiness guarantee" period to return their cars.

Meanwhile, leaked images online show several white color options for Xiaomi's upcoming car model, YU7. According to company officials, the YU7 will not only feature four previously announced colors - silver, green, orange, and grey - but also five more to be released soon.

The Xiaomi YU7 is expected to hit the market around mid-June. This fully electric SUV boasts a premium design and features advanced technology. Previously, the company had hinted at an official price point of CNY 23,590 (approximately USD 3,400), citing that it would announce its final pricing just before its release.

The company has also stated that it is now preparing for large-scale mass production of the YU7, predicting a swift distribution to users once the car hits the market. In fact, several pre-production models have already been delivered to a Xiaomi dealership, sparking fan excitement and anticipation for this groundbreaking vehicle.
