The spy shot showcases the high-performance version of the Model Y, which boasts a bold red color scheme. Notably, the front fascia remains unchanged from the standard model, while the larger diameter new-style alloy wheels enhance the overall stance. The rear section has also been revamped with new styling cues, including a sporty diffuser undercarriage. Furthermore, a dedicated performance badge adorns the high-performance variant.
In terms of powertrain, the Model Y high-performance version will feature a front-rear dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. Peak output is forecast to hit 380 kilowatts, with an estimated 0-100km/h acceleration time of approximately 3.2 seconds. The extended-range battery pack boasts a capacity of 79kWh, which should provide a predicted driving range of around 467 kilometers. It's worth noting that parameters may differ slightly across the overseas and local markets; however, it is expected that domestic variants will offer longer ranges and slightly decreased power output.
