Bentley Publishes Official Specifications for New Euro GT Lineup
Bentley has formally released the official specifications for its newly launched Euro GT lineup, with the main focus on powertrain adjustments while maintaining some of its previous features.
The new lineup includes a revised powerplant, featuring the same 4.0-liter V8 engine combined with an electric motor setup in plug-in hybrid form. However, this setup now boasts reduced maximum power output to 680 horsepower, positioned lower than the flagship Euro GT Ultimate version.
Aside from changes in powertrains, Bentley has revealed exclusive designs for various models within the lineup. Specifically, European markets will receive Euro GT A-specification, alongside Euro GTC A and Flying Spur GT A variants.
Starting off with the Euro GT itself, the new model boasts identical outer and inner designs with respect to its Extreme SportSister derivative but with a few minor variations. Exterior features include upgraded trim edges, center pillars, as well as tail lights, all with matte-finishing over more standard parts. Exterior changes also bring out new wheel configurations.
Bentley has focused primarily on reworking seating details and material options. In the interior section alone, it makes major changes, including changes to upholstery textures, seating patterns, as well as new 3D diamond-stitched quilting for seats. Exclusive touchpoints appear in key places of driving comfort like front armrests, steering wheel control knobs, and seat heating components.
Comparisons point towards Euro GT featuring acceleration time at 3.7 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h with an electric run limited by 85 kilometers; GTS model shows performance similar but slightly higher with electric power available for 82 miles on a single battery charge.
For aesthetic touch ups and personalization, the A variant offers its own exclusive interior trimmings in key places such as seathead ornaments. In overall styling tweaks to set off these particular new variants further from others from the family.
Finally focusing down at last towards another flagship model Bentley's Flying Spur GT adds a darker suit that covers whole body surfaces with additional personalized details – for example wing “B” letters are painted, wheel rims upgraded to twenty-two inches and added touch of silver in car doors' upholstery materials or seats’ contours.
When showcased on the automotive stage it represents yet one more milestone from renowned British designer company with strong sense focus upon its customers needs while offering all those advanced performance capabilities with a perfect balance towards practicality.
