The Smallmi SU7 has once again taken the spotlight as one of the most controversial automotive brands. With its sleek, futuristic design and impressive performance capabilities, this car model has quickly become a favorite among young enthusiasts. However, despite its achievements, Smallmi SU7's testing also reveals some notable areas for improvement.

Acceleration Testing

During our test drive, we had the opportunity to experience the Smallmi SU7's acceleration capabilities firsthand. The vehicle's dual-electric motors boast an impressive 673 horsepower and 838 Nm of torque. The official 0-100 km/h time was recorded at 2.78 seconds, while real-world testing showed a slightly slower 3.03 seconds. However, we were impressed with how well the vehicle handled transitions from one gear to another, showing minimal loss of power throughout.

Braking Performance

The Smallmi SU7's braking system was put to the test during our evaluation. We observed that the vehicle's suspension system played a significant role in maintaining stability during braking, minimizing any unwanted vibrations or oscillations. Furthermore, the vehicles ability to effectively manage traction allowed us to push it hard on slippery roads without concern.

During the sequential brake tests, we measured braking distances of 36.24 m from 0-100 km/h and found that with practice the vehicle could achieve a speed of 205 KMH within 20 seconds.

Handling Test

While handling was generally well-rounded, our testing revealed areas where the Smallmi SU7 requires fine-tuning. Cornering was where we noticed the most significant divergence between official claimed data and real-world results, as the vehicle's understeer tendency became apparent during fast corners, requiring careful inputs to keep it within its limits.

Ergonomics Test

Despite some space constraints in the rear seats, overall occupant comfort on the front seats is improved. When moving from the driver’s seat into the passenger seat the cabin becomes cozy and comfortable with soft cushioning that provides more than enough support during long drives.

When it comes to storage space, both large and compact items are nicely stowed inside small compartments that open up easily when you press a button.

Practicality Test

While small but not too cramped car seats provide a more relaxed experience compared to previous models, rear seats offer less room due to sleeker exterior design. A better compromise could be made by adjusting the amount of trunk space in accordance with demand.

In conclusion
