In the latest sales figures released for the week of March 3rd to March 9th, which marks the tenth week of 2025, Peugeot took the top spot with a total of 0.85 million vehicles sold in China.

Rivian followed closely with 0.73 million units sold, while Xiaom AI (小米) maintained its third place with 0.62 million units sold. Additionally, we have obtained information that BYD Group reported an impressive sales increase of 50.43% compared to the same period last year, with approximately 3,000 vehicles sold.

Meanwhile, the news of BYD Group's official reorganization has led to a surge in its stock price, with shares jumping above 8% and reaching as high as 12%. This marked a notable increase following the announcement that the company's organizational structure would be changing.

China's new energy brands faced stiff competition, but ultimately saw BYD Group take top honors with sales of 5.74 million units. BMW Group ranked second with 1.54 million units sold, followed by Tesla with 1.38 million units sold in third place. Luxury brands, including Tesla (again), Mercedes-Benz took the top spot with 0.87 million units sold ahead of Audi with 0.80 million.

Audi (奥迪) and BMW Group remained consistent, taking their fourth and fifth places respectively, while PAG Racing reached above the list for the first time with sales over 25000 cars.
