Volkswagen to Unveil Three Electric Concepts Ahead of Shanghai Auto Show

This April, Volkswagen has confirmed via official channels that it will unveil three electric concepts ahead of the upcoming 2025 Shanghai auto show. The cars in question are the ID.4 CMP Pure Electric Crossover, the MEB B3 Boost SUV, and the ID.Buzz B EV SUV.

These new models mark a significant step forward for Volkswagen as they represent an all-new design language, dubbed "China DNA", which is specifically tailored to cater to the Chinese market. The vehicles are expected to be produced shortly after their debut.

A glimpse into Volkswagen's future will be provided at this April 22nd media night ahead of the Shanghai auto show in just a few months' time. At that event, the automaker plans to unveil its globally premier digital electrified concept cars. These not just represent a major leap in new energy for Volkswagen but also embody the company's strategic aim, known as “in China, for China".

In 2025 Shanghai auto show (4th through April 22nd), multiple electric and conventional fuel vehicles from various market segments will be displayed at the stand number A57.
