Lengthy 152.4mm Long & Adaptable: Mitsubishi's Concept Vehicle Takes on the Wilderness

Toyota Unveils Fully Loaded bZ Woodland SUV

Toyota has officially released the official images of its latest flagship model, the Toyota bZ Woodland SUV. The new vehicle is based on the updated bZ generation and boasts an increased spaciousness in the rear half section, with an extended overall length of 152.4 millimeters.

External Design

The front section of the new car maintains a consistency similar to that of the new-generation bZ model, while featuring all-new dual-element LED light groups paired with split-style fog lights and accentuated lower lips equipped with grille airducts and mud-flap-like details, giving it an improved off-road presence.

Available colors for the new vehicle range from 6 options: Stepping Stone, Trueno Blue, Raven Black, Pavilion, Steel, and Halo.

Sideview

On the sides of the car, a previously used "borderless" design element is retained by bZ4X, with front-to-rear wing spoilers in different colors paired for the side mirrors, making every feature look distinctive. A roof rack is also mounted on top of the vehicle.

Dimensions and Interior Spacing

The new SUV will be equipped with a suspension lift of 2.54mm to increase ground clearance to 211mm. By renovating the rear section of the cabin, Toyota expanded the storage space by 65 liters and increased the trunk capacity to 650 liters.

On top of that, an extended width, increased vertical distance from the ground to an impressive 65mm at the back and a reduced headroom of just 45mm compared with the conventional specification result in remarkable internal volume adjustments.

With these upgraded specifications put into practice for the bZ Woodland car model is not unlikely for its interior to be well-spaced as well.

Exterior Tail Section

New car rear section is more sturdy, thicker and heavier like a off-road SUV. Features include high-top air splashboards on both sides and four LED tail lights that combine well with three additional headlights near the rear windscreen. The car will also have an inner door trim frame on the windows of back two seats which holds down rainbrush brushes.

This design configuration serves to reinforce Toyota's ambition at getting itself a competitive position against strong rivals, such as Subaru Trailblazer in the future.

Interior Features and Configuration

Toyota bZ Woodland also features many advanced convenience elements. The instrument cluster is equipped with floating high-resolution LCD screens; large multi-touch infotainment display at front console, and wireless charging for phones are just some of new interior functionalities like this innovative display which supports smartwatch connectivity, supporting Toyota’s latest Safety Sense technology that guarantees a highly stable vehicle handling.

Newly designed seats provide added comfort including heated/cooled front passenger seating with 10-level temperature settings. All models come with an exclusive JBL Hi-Fi audio system that can be combined and shared across multiple screens to enhance sound quality.

Additional equipment comes in the form of sliding roof windows, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration capabilities available in every feature pack except for top-of-the line specification.

Configuration: Trim Levels and Engines

In terms of interior design color options, there are two main specifications, with either black and beige colors being available across various trim levels.

The Toyota bZ Woodland has a powerful combination engine setup combining both single-axle motors to meet its power and fuel efficiency goals.
