Beijing-Integrated Automobile's New Electric SUV, ELEXIO, Officially Announced
The Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has confirmed that Beijing-Integrated Automobile has received permission to launch its latest electric vehicle, the ELEXIO. As the first all-electric platform SUV from Beijing-Integrated Automobile, the ELEXIO is built on the Global Modular Platform (GMP) designed by Mercedes-Benz.
Technical Specifications
Based on available reports, the ELEXIO will feature high-performance components and power outputs. The vehicle will be equipped with a 8295P processor chip developed by HighPen Industries. It is powered by an electric motor that delivers a maximum power output of 160 kW.
Exterior Design
The new SUV boasts a distinctive pure-electric design, different from the existing models on the market.
- Its front adopts a continuous LED strip lighting solution.
- The rear also uses a similar concept with a matching pattern to the front.
- Dimensions are as follows: wheelbase 2750mm; length 4615mm; width 1875mm; height 1675-1698mm. Top speed of the car is 185 km/h, and both the curb weight (2380kg) and the total weight (1884kg), which includes the driver seat.
Interior Features
The interior configuration for ELEXIO consists of features such as large panoramic sun roof, luggage rack, four-color options, front windscreen, rear side rearview camera and so on.
