Audi Unveils New Models of Q4 e-tron Sportback: Expect Upgrade in Exterior Design,Interior Ambiance and Powertrain
A sneak peek at the latest prototype design of the Audi 2024 mid-generation updates has revealed significant changes to the new Q4 e-tron Sportback. The car will boast a refreshed exterior look, an upgraded interior ambiance, and a revamped powertrain.
According to insiders, the new Q4 e-tron Sportback is expected to debut in the fourth quarter of this year, followed by its global release in the middle of 2026.
Upon evaluating the prototype's camouflage design, it is expected that there will be minimal changes in terms of exterior updates. The headlights are believed to retain their current design aesthetic from the previous model, while an overhaul of internal design elements may occur as well.
On the other hand, this new car might see some upgrades on external areas like side skirts, a tailgate area redesign and possibly interior parts such as fog light assemblies, with overall minimal changes anticipated on the rearview design – which has seen little to no alterations.
Audi Q4 e-tron's interior updates may also be worth noting, with its interior transforming into a more modern and contemporary Audi seat layout for enhanced passenger experience. In terms of technical performance upgrades, it is speculated that they could improve the 1.9-inch instrument panel combined with 14.5-inch screen which will be replaced by Audi’s latest flat design cockpit.
Lastly, when it comes to powertrain improvements, our sources believe it may see a more powerful battery to enhance overall fuel efficiency and speed as well since the earlier models like 170hp variant in single motor configuration, the top version of Q4 e-tron that uses two electric motors has improved up from 204 horsepower.
The upgraded model would then have better performance characteristics.
