NIO Announces Guinness World Record for Longest Electric Highway Trip

A team from NIO has completed the longest electric high-speed highway trip over 10,000 kilometers, setting a new Guinness World Record.

The challenge began in Shanghai and spanned across 81 cities across 19 provinces, including Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan and Shandong. The journey took the team to 378 high-speed exchange stations along the way, before finally arriving at the Caiyunshan Station in Huawei, Anhui Province.

The team's total travel time clocked in at 98 hours, 6 minutes and 42 seconds, solidifying NIO's position as a leader in electric vehicle technology. This incredible feat demonstrates the capabilities of NIO's cutting-edge EV battery technology.
