Longan Kai Cheng V919 Launched in China, Priced Between 9.19-22.59 Thousand Yuan

On June 26th, Longan Kai Cheng V919 made its official debut, with the manufacturer unveiling seven distinct models and an impressive range of features.

The new model boasts advanced technology from Kailele Robotics, specifically designed based on the K01 framework, designed for electric light-duty trucks. The extended length/distance (60-90 cm) and height/lowest ground clearance configuration are designed to cater to various logistics operations. New drivers will be able to benefit from a longer reach and better space efficiency.

Longan Kai Cheng V919 boasts an attractive front-end design featuring the brand's new shield frame grille, a high-level of wind tunnel testing and 360° LED headlights. Wind deflection has been reduced through an air shutter system. Additional features include the front grill, rear windshield, and side windows to provide excellent ventilation.

This Longan truck length is available at 5.5m, offering plenty of cargo volume inside the trunk: up to three cubic meters in length, while a width to match one meter and minimum height of just 1.75 will open the path for any type of product or goods transport. With the best range of configurations that can be opened wide by either door side with 270° opening angle, all cargo can be transferred easily into, out.

High and high-performance chassis, robust body, and special materials contribute to an entirely reliable driving capacity within its frame with payload limit over one ton, combined with an optimized five transverse/ nine length vertical arrangement of the steel structure to further increase overall stability. At the same time, it provides 4.5 kW power unit inside for charging external equipment.

Longan's V919 comes equipped with various passenger-centric features including a prominent high-screen display panel, three-spoke multi-functional control wheel, camera and advanced collision- avoidance assistance systems, vehicle tracking in real-time, passenger safety monitoring, fatigue detection system etc.

Powering the Longan Kai Cheng V919 will be its rear-mounted single-phase synchronous motor. It is designed for best performance with 110 kw, along with excellent torque of 260 Nm. Longan Kai Cheng plans to have total sales quantity reaching more than 500 thousand units by 2030 at least, aiming to reach new energy cars occupying seven-tenths or more of market share, and also setting up its global trade in the market above half a billion yuan.
