Chinese Electric Vehicle to hit the Market in May 2025

On May 22nd, it was officially confirmed that the 2025 FAW Star for Five is scheduled to be officially launched on May 28th. The car has already been available for pre-sale at the Shanghai Auto Show, offering three configuration options, with a price range of CNY 10.98-12.98 million.

The exterior design of the 2025 FAW Star for Two continues to embody the Starlight aesthetic, making it easily recognizable. Three color options are available: Starry Sky Black, Starry Glory Golden, and Stellar White.

Measurements indicate that the car measures 4835x1860x1515mm in length, width, and height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2800mm, classifying as a compact vehicle.

The interior features a completely revamped steering column design, while the layout of the central control zone has been adjusted. The original gear-shift mechanism has been eliminated, replaced by an all-new gear shift lever. A newly designed console dashboard includes ample storage spaces for personal belongings.

Available color options include Aurora Orange and Dark Gray Night, catering to various user preferences.

To enhance safe driving, the car comes equipped with a speed range assistance system, which can recognize obstacles and adjust speeds accordingly under full automatic control, allowing for seamless lane changing using the shift plate. Additionally, advanced highway guidance is included, regardless of GPS capabilities or lane navigation aids.

The powertrain features a top-of-the-line drivetrain capable of 150 kW output and peak torque values up to 310 Newton-meters, while battery options extend from 510kms to 610kms in range, based on the configuration selected.
