Jaguar Landspeeder Unveils New Logo, Marks Shift in Brand Strategy

Jaguar has unveiled its new logo as part of a broader brand strategy shift, with the Land Rover subsidiary adopting a unique emblem to differentiate itself from other brands within the company.

The move comes as Land Rover gears up for the 2024 GRRRacing event, set to take place on July 10. The new logo will be featured alongside other branding elements, including product labels and graphics.

Characterized by two mirrored "R"s, the updated design is consistent with Jaguar's existing typography, a classic wide-bodied font first introduced in 1970 for the Land Rover brand. This fresh logo introduces Land Rover Land Speeder as its distinct brand identity element; one that serves to further identify an individual model from the rest of its Land Rover brethren across their extensive product lineup.

In addition, Jaguar has developed a new visual iconography based on the same theme that could be used across various avenues such as car air vents and interior designs, in turn enhancing its vehicles’ appearance while providing better differentiating features compared to any other member within its automotive house's portfolio.

Meanwhile, Land Rover unveiled plans for an electric-only model at the GRRRacing event – a vehicle set to boast cutting-edge technology including MLA-Flex structure and dual motor four-wheel drive system amongst several others.
