A series of leaked images has given the public a sneak peek at the upcoming Whirlwind SUV, also known as Weissach flag ship SUV. According to sources close to the automaker, the design is nearing completion and will boast a 2+2+2 seating configuration, which could lead to its competitors targeting rival models like the QM9 and Yueda L9.
Design Language Overhaul
The latest images reveal significant updates to Whirlwind's exterior design language. Insiders suggest that the front grille will employ an enclosed style, with a continuous design incorporating the brand logo and connecting to the dual headlights below. Large air vents flanking the front also indicate improved airflow management in this region.
Similarly designed air intakes are seen on either side of the car. The top surface holds the signature Whirlwind laser radar system signifying the new feature being associated with Coffee Pilot Ultra driving assistance system. On the other hand, a modified rear bumper is observed to enhance visibility and stability from behind.
In terms of interior space provision, second tier seating has been set up for two passengers offering the same level of comfort given that sitting first-tier occupants enjoy. Interior design appears as well-designed considering its target market demographic.
Production Implications
This new Whirlwind SUV could face stiff competition in car markets due having strong presence behind rival’s vehicles and brand rivalry pushing both on product innovation, model offerings count while also targeting buyers preferences.
