Toyota bZ4X Finally Enters New Generation with Revolutionary Changes

The Toyota bZ4X has undergone a significant transformation, upgrading not only its exterior and interior but also its name. The newly revised car model is now known as the Toyota bZ, making it easier to distinguish from its predecessor.

The most notable changes can be seen in the exterior design, where the new vehicle boasts a more streamlined appearance, eliminating unnecessary designs from its previous model. The new design features a split-hatch style headlight, and a black trim element on the front fascia. The side profile has undergone minimal changes, with the entire car returning to a single body color scheme.

The exterior also sees the introduction of new 18-inch or limited-edition 20-inch wheels, depending on the model choice. There are eight available paint colors for the outside, giving owners more versatility to customize their new Toyota.

Inside, the dashboard has been modernized with a flatter design, presenting a more layered appearance. The new instrument cluster, infotainment screen, and steering wheel have all undergone enhancements from the previous version. A larger and more customizable infotainment screen of 14 inches comes paired with six speakers or nine speakers for JBL Premium Sound system.

The interior layout has also been updated to enhance comfort, particularly back seat passengers who now benefit from an increased head support. Meanwhile, some parts – primarily the front seats – remain unchanged, adopting a classic look while carrying on previous color options (gray and black being two of them).

Under the hood, Toyota have revised its electric drive with more efficient batteries resulting in extended range mileage, ranging from 170PS power output and an impressive top speed. These all add to a most dynamic new bZ4X whose electric capabilities – thanks in part to updated battery systems - allow for speeds reaching nearly 220km/h when accelerating at some very rapid pace.
