Leica 10 EM-P: A New Era in Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

The Leica 10 EM-P, a brand-new electric vehicle (EV) model from Leica, was officially unveiled on July 4th. The car boasts an all-new EM-P intelligent electric-mixed system as standard, along with a four-wheel drive system. The combined maximum power reaches 390 kW, complemented by advanced technologies such as a laser radar and Equipped with the EDA Thor Chip. Scheduled for delivery in Q3 this year, it is expected to target customers seeking 200,000 level vehicles.

Exterior Design

A family-style design language from Leica persists, "h" shaped Daytime Running Light (DRL) clusters with an integrated upper lamp and lower Lamp combination set wider daylight and steering directions. The upper lamp is accompanied by an "I'm going home alone" light and a smart headlight with the ability to switch between near-range, far-range, low-light driving modes.

Color Options

Six different shades are available for this car: Extinction Black, Flow Grey, Luminous Purple, Dawn White, Sky Cloud, Magnified Gold.

The side is more subdued as the Leica 10 EM-P keeps up the style of the rear view and maintains it with a roll back design in the middle line, thus, the effect looks different from the front side. The overall flow effect of lighting will attract attention.

Wheels

A wheel diameter of 19 or 21 inches will be provided as options for this car, where each model has its own distinctive shape and material, effectively producing a powerful visual impact.

The movement design was further perfected through an advanced suite of equipment developed by Leica, including a tail pipe diffuser and moving parts in front. The dynamic performance that could be seen is enhanced due to the presence of sportier interior parts.

A series of soft materials surround the cockpit's instruments and control parts including color options like Moon Shadow Black, Roshan Orange, and Yuan Gold. The combination of the new style with high-end leather seats resulted in a more energetic driving experience.

Leica 10 EM-P also equipped with Nappa Leather seats on both rear passenger seats while front passengers can enjoy Zero-Pressure zero-gravity seats. On-boards is offered electrically-controlled features of temperature and wind direction as well as massage functions, along with four-zone zone control system for seats and steering wheel adjustables.

Other notable functions in this car: Quick wireless charging capabilities at the front seat (50 W), a special ambulatory setting that takes place under 256 Color lighting settings around LED ambient lighting ( AI Illuminated) plus an integral ice box compartment. Furthermore, equipped with high-definition speakers, both of which work hand-in-hand together to create powerful driving experiences.

Intelligent Driving System

This new car includes advanced intelligence technology as standard that integrates laser radar systems and Equipped with the EDA Thor Chip. Based on these cutting-edge technologies, combined maximum performance exceeds 700 TOPS, providing perfect assistance capabilities for thousands of kilometers during intelligent driving operations. In total up to 30 functions are available, such as full-car parking navigation, obstacle-continuous automatic avoiding systems and full-version autonomous steering systems.

Engine Power

The power system can only be matched to CMA Evo engine chassis design in the Leica 10 EM-P car. On the other hand, this vehicle's main drive force stems from a group of powerful electric-electric mixed parts, with an EVO type engine at its core and being set up to reach out 120 kW/255 N m peak output from that machine.

Combining these three components will boost the system combined maximum power beyond 390 kW. At the same time, this car has the capacity to take off within 5.1 seconds on a 100km run.
