Deep Blue G318 Wander Edition to Launch on April 18th

The highly anticipated Deep Blue G318 Wander Edition is set to launch on April 18th, according to official sources. The vehicle has already been priced at CNY 31.8 million and will come equipped with a comprehensive off-road kit.

The top-of-the-line model boasts an all-new Daybreak Gold color scheme inspired by the moment when sunlight illuminates "Daybreak Hills." Exterior design enhancements include additional off-road-inspired trim pieces, such as front hood flaps, roof-mounted spotlights, and side skirt trim. Furthermore, it features carbon fiber-reinforced outer rearview mirrors, a black exterior spare tire cover, and a luggage rack on top.

Measuring 5125 x 1985 (2025) x 1895 mm with an axle distance of 2880mm, the vehicle boasts nearly a 30-degree approach angle and a departure angle of 32 degrees. It will be equipped with 18-inch and 20-inch wheels in three different styles and offers options for original AT tires.

The engine remains unchanged with the 1.5-liter turbocharged unit producing maximum power of 110 kW, complemented by a single-electric motor rear-wheel drive version and dual-electric four-wheel drive variant for high-end variants. The dual-motor four-drive configuration boasts electric motors delivering up to 316 kW combined output.

Suspension has been implemented on the vehicle featuring a front double wishbone plus independent rear five-leaf suspension system, with higher-end models providing Magical Soft Suspension +DCD (softer to harder, more pronounced movement) and additional equipment such as full time four-wheel drive, dual shift lock, REPS differential steering system, six kW auxiliary charging system.
