Revolutionizing Long-Haul: LiAuto's Latest Electric Car with AI-Powered Super Range of Over 2100KM Unveiled

New Guangqi Silver Star M9 and A7 EM-i: Innovative Designs, Electric Power

Date: June 13, 2023

Guangqi's newest models, the M9 and A7 EM-i, have been officially released. These vehicles stand out as the first to feature Guangqi's AI-powered electric hybrid systems.

Designed in the traditional style of Silver Star vehicles, with elements reminiscent of previous models like the Silver Star X5, both cars boast striking outer designs. Their sleek front lamps connect seamlessly to the wing-like LED strip running across their fronts. While the A7 EM-i shares an identity with its predecessor, only those familiar to the Silver Star family of vehicles will truly appreciate the M9’s slightly altered aesthetic.

On closer inspection, it becomes clear that each model offers an impressive side-to-side profile – each accentuated by sharp waistlines combined with robust wheels and tasteful black accents. With dimensions measuring 4918 x 1905 x 1495mm for both, coupled with a wheelbase of 2845mm, they represent notable additions to the Silver Star's lineup.

When viewed head-on, these vehicles appear more refined. As one moves away from their faces, it is evident that both Guangqi cars have been given an updated style – the rear lights are flush-mounted for added smoothness and the side mirrors now incorporate sleek glass shields in a unique touch reminiscent of an SUV or coupe design.

Inside both cars, drivers must navigate not just modern safety features like forward collision warning systems but also enhanced driver assistance. It is with some slight modification that many of these models will arrive in standard models equipped with advanced safety and infotainment packages – including dual screens – though we've seen the Silver M9's particularly upgraded version. For instance, it comes standard without charge on certain mid-range cars.

Further adding to their allure are each car’s advanced electric powertrains: A combination of a 1.5L gasoline engine paired with an electric motor system and boasting substantial operational efficiency at only a mere 2.5L/100km under ideal traffic conditions. With such considerable resources devoted, all of this allows both cars to easily cover more than two thousand miles without the need for additional fuel.

The release date was confirmed as June 13 in conjunction with these two car versions that cater primarily to middle-class consumers through affordable price points under 10,000 yuan.
