Xiang Guang MINIEV Four-Door Model Launches on February 22nd
The Xiang Guang MINIEV family has sold over 140 million units worldwide, with the new four-door model being a result of market trends and user feedback.
Pre-orders for the new model began in December last year, and as of now, there are over 15,380 pre-ordered units. As of its launch on February 22nd, the Xiang Guang MINIEV Four-Door Model will kick off festivities with an "Apple Park" themed party in Hainan Fengyun Country, Embracing a new format of product launches.
The event is expected to delight car owners and users alike as cars from all over the country gather for interactive fun. Exclusive spaces have been set up with exclusive mini car showcase activities where guests must try out new experience based products; including cross-brand IP activity areas, unique game IP activity areas, a fun ride area that allows guests to use a special remote app to get their hands on brand new MINIEV models.
Design-wise, the Xiang Guang MINIEV Four-Door Model features an all-new design style with four doors for enhanced convenience and functionality. The exterior dimensions measure 3256 x 1510 x 1578mm, with wheelbase of 2190mm, minimum turning radius 4.5m and a maximum capacity car body width.
In-car ambiance takes on a more playful tone thanks to the "萌趣浪漫" design language, featuring deep brown color tones complemented by white elements, including the cabin interior design.
Safety equipment include double-bounce airbags, full-carriage protection design with high-steel density rate reaching up to 67%, and an ESC car body stability control system that includes at least 12 different modes to optimize comfort.
Engines are propelled by a brand-new Three-in-One Electric Drivetrain producing 30kw output and designed to accommodate five-seaters. Charging is available through 3 modes: AC slow charging, DC fast-charging taking only about 35 minutes for an 80% supplement from 30%.
The result is a car capable of providing advanced smart user interface options with integrated keyless unlocking features that allow seamless access by simply touching their smartphone to the car's touchscreen and start-to-stop without needing physical ignition keys at all.
