Nissan's Silverlink E5 Receives OTA Upgrade with 10 New Features
May 28, Flyme Auto S 1.8.0 update is available for the Nissan Silverlink E5, bringing a total of 10 new features to enhance user experience.
Among them, the Navigation App has been updated to provide better urban commuting efficiency. The app now shows countdown timer for green light and traffic wave speed hints when driving through specific routes, helping drivers maintain safe speeds and optimize city commute times.
The update also introduces QQ Music interface with Flyme Sound Exclusive zone, allowing users to choose from various audio options such as Ascension Grand Space 7.1, Black Leather Music, and High-Resolution (HI-RES). Users can enjoy immersive sound experience with the app's built-in 16-speaker surround sound system.
The update further includes Wash Mode + Screen Cleaning feature, showcasing the new interface and offering users two ways to activate it - through voice commands or quick access buttons. This simplifies the operation process for users.
WANOS full-surround sound has been upgraded with Zero-Pressure Space, providing "small relaxation space", "meditation time" (mindfulness), 5 scenes, and 74 audio options. Users can customize the white noise combination, adjust volume levels, and arrange audio channels to create personalized relaxing spaces.
Other notable updates include customizable lock sound, automatic parking (Starship Version only), energy center button for charging stop start, AI Silver link Intelligent Evolution, and an overhauled Service Hall app for improved vehicle health monitoring, emergency services, and safety features.
The most recent update also enhances voice control with a better response rate for media inputs. Overall, Flyme 1.8.0 10 feature updates provide Nissan users with even more intuitive, safer driving experiences onboard the Silverlink E5.
