The latest design concept from China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has caught our attention, showcasing the upcoming Wuling Haoqi Haia M7 plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). This all-new vehicle takes a bold approach to luxury, featuring an updated front fascia that pays homage to its brand family while introducing distinctive new design elements that exude administrative-level grandeur.
Visually, the Wuling Haoqi Haia M7 DMH boasts a revamped front end, with sleek vertical taillights spanning the width of the grille and prominent lettering used for identification. The side profile sees distinct lamp clusters separated from the larger wheels, set against a flowing background that echoes the contours of the door handles.
Sitting at nearly 4 meters in length, this vehicle's proportions hint at an impressive ride experience while its stance promises comfort to passengers both front and rear. Key dimensions reveal it measuring 4940/1890/1510mm long, wide, and tall; with a wheelbase measuring 2820mm, offering adequate space for any type of passenger.
As we look towards the vehicle's back end, the updated vertical taillights provide ample illumination while showcasing its refined design approach over those used in traditional luxury cars.
In terms of performance, Wuling's flagship vehicle comes equipped with a highly advanced all-wheel drive 1.5L hybrid PHEV, generating an impressive 82kW maximum engine torque coupled with an immense 137kW motor. Supporting these exceptional specifications are high-grade lithium batteries ensuring seamless efficiency.
