New Mountain L9 Launched by Geely with Affordable Price Tag of 14.69-16.59 Thousand CNY

On April 15th, Geely officially unveiled its latest mid-size SUV, the Mountain L9, which boasts a fresh design, advanced features, and multiple configuration options.

The base price for the new model ranges from 14.69 to 16.59 thousand CNY, with the 7-seat version priced at an additional 4,000 yuan compared to the 5-seat variant. To enhance its aesthetics, Geely has updated the exterior design language, abandoning the traditional chrome mesh grille and opting for a more modern enclosure-style front fascia.

The Mountain L9 features six exterior color options: ice blue white, starry silver, night black, distant gray, misty sky blue, and remote mountains green. In terms of body style, it adopts an angled upper body line and has good headroom inside the cabin. The side features a mix of traditional and futuristic elements, including integrated taillights and rear spoilers.

Inside, Geely has tweaked the dashboard to optimize control inputs, featuring prominent push-button controls for climate adjustments. The center console boasts dual-zone climate control with touch-sensitive temperature adjustment buttons.

Seating is another highlight, with customizable options across five, six, and seven seat configurations. The Mountain L9 also comes equipped with:

• Smartphone integration
• High-speed wireless charging for phones in front seats
• Seated temperature control and enhanced lighting

Advanced Seat Arrangement

Zero-gravity seats are available, paired with soft headrests and PU+ premium leather upholstery.

The rear features integrated headlamps, illuminated sill trim, and large window shutters. The design exudes modernity.

Geely is preparing its mid-size SUV segment with the new Mountain L9 by reinvigorating key trends like digital exterior design and the presence of various configurations to match different user preferences.

Upon release, Geely's Mountain L9 faces a stiff challenge from its peers, including rival models from Byd Song L DM-I, Land Rover, and Zero-Racer.
