Honda Unveils Two New Concept Cars and a Revolutionary Car Operating System at CES 2025
Honda has officially launched its two new concept cars, the 0 Saloon and the 0 SUV, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2025. The saloon version of the 0 Saloon is an updated version of the Saloon concept car unveiled at the 2024 CES, with a planned mass production release slated for late 2026. In contrast, the 0 SUV prototype is based on the 2024 Space Hub concept car and, according to Honda, will see its production version debut in the upper half of 2026 at the Honda Electric Vehicle Center in Ohio.
The new cars' development reflects Honda's ongoing endeavors into enhancing their electrical capabilities. Furthermore, Honda declared that it would unveil a next-generation automobile control system called ASIMO OS. Named after ASIMO, the humanoid android machine developed by Honda in the year 2000, this new system is meant to be capable of working well with the company’s upcoming all-electric models.
A notable feature of the ASIMO OS is its incorporation of cutting-edge technologies such as low latency, higher speed processing, and high-quality sensory perception. Furthermore, a high-performance processor chip was developed for Honda's automotive systems.
Here are some key details of each new concept vehicle released by Honda:
